Job Requirements

- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cleaning construction sites
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and concrete tasks
- Maintain job site safety and organization
- Conduct basic maintenance checks on tools and report issues
- Contribute to meeting project timelines and quality standards
